Full details
Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude U.S. federal holidays. Processing begins after the order is accepted and any payment or order review is complete. Transit begins after the carrier accepts the package. Carrier delays, weather, address corrections, and other events outside our control may change the estimate.
Tracking information will be sent when available. A carrier may need time to post the first scan. If we learn that an order will dispatch later than expected, we will contact you with the updated estimate. You may accept the revised timing or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund.
Do not treat Alaska or Hawaii as covered by the general timing estimate until the available service and actual transit timing for the destination are confirmed at checkout. The shipping options shown for an eligible address are the final options for that order.
