Your privacy choices
Shopify provides a native opt-out form for certain sale or sharing choices. Open the Shopify Your Privacy Choices opt-out form. The form’s availability depends on Shopify’s regional configuration. We have not independently verified every configured region or whether this store is subject to a particular state-law threshold.
For access, correction, deletion, portability, other privacy requests, or an appeal, email support@arukai.com with “Privacy Request” or “Opt-out request” in the subject. Include the email address used for an order or account and your state of residence so we can identify the relevant request. Do not send a full payment card number, security code, password, or verification code.
We may request information reasonably needed to authenticate your identity and locate relevant records. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law; we may request proof of authority and may verify the consumer directly as allowed. We aim to respond within 45 days; if additional time is reasonably needed, we will explain why and the expected timing. We will follow any shorter or different deadline required by applicable law. If a right to appeal applies, reply with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject. We aim to provide a written appeal decision within 60 days, or sooner when applicable law requires.
Browser signals
Shopify’s Customer Privacy features may honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) in regions configured for applicable opt-outs. We could not verify every regional setting, so use the native form or contact us if you need to submit a request directly. The store’s cookie banner is currently reported as disabled; this page is not a general cookie preference manager.
